Build strong relationships with families, external agencies and professionals. Oversee curriculum development and assessment across the secondary department. Promote high expectations for student achievement and behaviour. Requirements - Deputy Headteacher - Chiswick Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience in a senior leadership position, such as Assistant Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher. Experience working within an SEN setting. Strong organisational and communication skills.
