Trainee Accounts Assistant

JOB TITLE: Trainee Accounts Assistant SALARY: £24,500–£26,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus fully funded AAT Level 2 study support (day release/exam fees included) LOCATION: Romsey - SO51 9DQ JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent --- A growing SME based in Romsey is looking for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join its friendly, supportive finance team. This is a fantastic entry point into a career in finance. You don't need previous experience in accounts — just strong numeracy, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in building a career towards AAT and beyond. You'll be fully supported from day one, working alongside experienced members of the team who'll teach you the ropes as you go. You'll report into the Finance Manager, and as you grow in confidence and complete your AAT Level 2, you'll take on more responsibility — with a clear path through to a full Accounts Assistant role.
