We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a strategic HR Manager to lead the people function at an Outstanding secondary academy in Camden. This role is a pivotal leadership position, overseeing the full employee lifecycle for a large and dedicated staff body within a high-achieving scholarly environment. About the Role Start Date: Immediate. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Lead on recruitment strategy, complex employee relations (ER), and performance management. Ensure rigorous compliance with the Single Central Record (SCR) and safer recruitment.
