TikTok Shop - Sales Development Representative ( German Speaking)

TikTok Shop has gone from a standing start in Germany to the 15th largest online retailer in the country within a year of launch, according to NIQ data, with 15% of German online shoppers already having bought through the platform. Across France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Ireland, over 100,000 European businesses have joined TikTok Shop since the EU launch, with triple-digit daily GMV growth between August 2025 and February 2026. This role sits right in the middle of that growth, on the German-speaking seller acquisition team. You'll be working across two parts of the seller journey. The first is bringing new sellers onto the platform: outreach, pitching TikTok Shop, and guiding sellers through registration and any issues that come up along the way. The second is early-stage seller incubation, helping sellers grow by connecting them with creators, getting them live, getting them into campaigns, and advising on TikTok Shop ad investment. What you'll need: At least 1 year in SDR, BDR, sales or account managementFluent GermanStrong outbound sales experienceComfortable working towards KPIsExperience using outreach tools, data and prospect listsStrong ownership and follow-through, with a commercial mindsetAdaptable, resilient, and comfortable working remotely Background in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, creator economy, digital platforms, merchant onboarding or seller activation is a strong fit.
