Earnings and progression
You’ll earn a competitive salary with a realistic commission structure, delivering OTE of £58,000, with the opportunity to overachieve and earn up to £78,000.
Working Pattern
You will work a 2-week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days a week and you’ll only work every other weekend!
About The Business Manager Role
As Used Car Sales Business Manager, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to maximise performance, manage finance and insurance processes, and ensure customers receive a confident, transparent buying experience.
You’ll take ownership of financial compliance, profitability and customer outcomes, supporting both team development and business performance in line with our premium standards.

Managing the finance and insurance process for new car salesSupporting the sales team to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomesEnsuring full compliance with FCA and regulatory requirementsMaximising profitability through value-added products and servicesWorking closely with leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement

Proven experience in a Business Manager or senior sales role within automotive retailStrong commercial awareness and confidence managing finance and insurance processesA professional, customer‑focused approach with high compliance standardsThe ability to influence, support and develop a sales teamFCA awarenessA full UK driving licence
