Seating, presenting menu, taking orders, and serving guests, Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport. Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the dishes that our guests might enjoy. Raising bills and taking payment. Clearing and re-setting tables. More about you...
