Customer Service Advisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This role involves engaging with customers via phone, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience. Multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish and English, are highly desirable for this position. Duties - Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette. - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information. - Analyse customer needs to offer appropriate solutions and upsell products when suitable. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Experience - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. - Strong ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. - Experience in upselling or cross-selling products is advantageous. - A friendly demeanour with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
