Site supervisor Perth

Samsic are looking to recruit a site supervisor for the cleaning staff at HMP Perth. The hours will be 7am to 2pm. Duties Working in a prison environment Organising rotas on a daily basis Making sure the standards are set for the cleaning Training team members where required Cleaning assigned areas Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisor role. Basic understanding of health and safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude Ability to work to high standards Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
