Position: Site Manager/Supervisor Location: London, United Kingdom Sponsorship: 3-Year Sponsorship Available Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Site Managers/Supervisors to join our team for multiple construction projects across London. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction site management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Monitor project progress and report to senior management.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Manage site staff and allocate tasks effectively. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health & safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid drivers license.Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
