You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training. What we offer our Care Assistants: Premium hourly rates from £14.30 per hour Flexible shifts close to home Weekends required- earn up to £240 working weekends. Paid training: Receive £200 for completing training Access to high-quality training and ongoing support Access to further learning such as the Care Certificate, complex care and NVQ Generous referral award scheme continuity of the same clients Pension scheme Career progression and ongoing support Blue card discount scheme Employee welfare programme Duties will include: Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day Personal care Administering medication Assisting Clients with washing and dressing Shopping Housekeeping Meal preparation Taking Clients for appointments or outings Requirements of a Care Assistant: Flexible working availability covering early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends Must have the right to work in the UK Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle Have a genuine passion to want to help others Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude No experience necessary, as we provide full training.
