LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANTS - SEND We love working with this SEN school and as a Learning Support Assistant we are sure you would too. You will be joining a friendly team who are seeking to recruit three LSA's to provide 1-2-1 and class support for secondary aged children with a range of special educational needs. This role requires Level 2 or Level 3 Learning Support Assistants who love working with children and young adults with special educational needs and who know a smile goes a long way. As a Learning Support Assistant you will be joining a lovely team who will not only provide support but will also welcome you from day one. You will be working closely with an experienced teaching and support team who love what they do and who will provide the support you need to understand what is important to this school which is focused on putting the needs of the students first. You must have experience supporting children with Autism or Complex Needs in a education or care setting. Job Role: Providing tailored support for a child and young adults with special educational needs.Working closely with an experienced teaching and support team to provide the best possible support.Supporting a range of Special Educational Needs including Autism, Complex Needs, and Aspergers.’Delivering interactions to students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.
