Management Accountant A global services group based in North Kent is recruiting for an ACCA/CIMA Qualified Management Accountant. This is a newly created position due to significant growth in the business. Fluency in Italian would be an advantage but is not essential. Reporting to the Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Finance based in Italy, responsibilities are as follows: - Duties of the Management Accountant Role • Managing a team of six, daily supervision of the accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, taxes and payroll. Leading an international team improving efficiency. • Implement and maintain robust internal accounting controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Group's accounting standards. • Financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting • Provide accurate and reconciled management reports (monthly or upon request) • Support the Financial Manager in drafting Financial Statements • Lead and oversee an ERP implementation Requirements of the Management Accountant Role • Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Proficiency with ERPs and financial software • Team leading and target-oriented • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Benefits of the Management Accountant Role • Annual bonus dependent on individual and company performance • Hybrid working - one day a week • 25 days holiday
