Admissions and Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, Term Time plus INSET) Responsible to: Head of Admissions and Marketing Job Type: Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week (3-4 mornings, flexible). Term time (34 weeks) plus INSET days. Salary paid 40 weeks spread evenly over 12 months. Salary: £14.55 per hour Closing Date: 12pm, Friday 11th September 2026 Start Date: As soon as possible Interview Date: W/c 14th September 2026 We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and professional Admissions and Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of our admissions and marketing functions. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent organisational skills and is confident managing data, communications and social media. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting prospective families throughout the admissions journey whilst contributing to the School’s marketing activities and digital presence. Key responsibilities include supporting admissions administration and data management, coordinating enquiries, visits and events, assisting with marketing campaigns, maintaining social media channels, creating content and helping to track the effectiveness of admissions and marketing activities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience of admissions, CRM systems, marketing, Canva or social media management would be advantageous.
