You are responsible for creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture by coaching and developing colleagues, communicating clearly, and managing team schedules to support work-life balance. Success also involves continuously raising standards using customer feedback and performance data, keeping store layouts inspiring, and connecting with the local community to build long-term engagement. This role is for a strong people leader with the confidence to make decisions, motivate others, and manage change.
