General Warehouse Operative Mission Logix Limited – Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK1 Mission Logix is recruiting for a General Warehouse Operative to join our growing fulfilment team at our warehouse in Bletchley. About Mission Logix Mission Logix provides e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing and returns processing services for a wide range of online retailers, brands, start-ups and established businesses. We are a busy and growing operation, handling everything from individual online orders through to wholesale and B2B fulfilment. The Role This is a varied, hands-on warehouse role within a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be involved in the day-to-day processing of customer orders, returns, stock and general warehouse activities. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Picking customer orders accurately from warehouse locationsPacking orders ready for despatchProcessing orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)Processing customer returns and exchangesCarrying out quality checks on returned productsRe-tagging, folding and re-bagging products ready for re-stockingPhotographing and reporting damaged or faulty itemsReceiving and processing incoming stockChecking deliveries against expected quantitiesPutting stock away into the correct warehouse locationsReplenishing pick locationsStock movements and general inventory controlPreparing larger B2B and wholesale ordersKeeping packing benches and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organisedAssisting with general warehouse duties as requiredAs we work with a variety of different clients and products, the work can change from day to day, so we are looking for someone who is happy to get involved wherever needed. Skills & Experience We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, trustworthy and punctualHard-working with a positive attitudeAccurate and has a good eye for detailComfortable working in a busy warehouse environmentAble to work independently and as part of a small teamProcess-driven and able to follow instructionsComfortable using a computer and handheld warehouse equipmentPhysically able to carry out normal warehouse duties, including picking, packing and moving stockPrevious warehouse, fulfilment, pick & pack or returns experience would be advantageous, although it is not essential as full training will be provided. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) would also be beneficial.
