Full job description Barista – Bold Street Coffee | Spinningfields We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our Guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to company standards Provide excellent Guest service by taking orders and addressing Guest enquiries Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the coffee preparation area Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders Upsell additional products and promote loyalty programmes Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a barista or in a similar supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Customer-focused attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Basic maths and cash handling skills Familiarity with health and safety regulations Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure hygienic food handling Willingness to support team members during busy periods Opening Times Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM If you are a dedicated individual with a love for coffee and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting Barista position at Bold Street Coffee – Spinningfields.
