The work is diverse, you will be a full 360 recruiter, both winning business and then delivering on those vacancies. Good people skills, natural confidence and a can-do mindset are a huge advantage. You will be working throughout Europe and Africa, so there will be opportunities to travel and learn about how different countries do business. We work on a hybrid basis, with Mondays and Fridays earmarked as work from home. However, if you'd prefer to come in, the office is available Monday-Friday. The office is well stocked with fresh supplies of fruit, good coffee, pastries and breakfast available all day at no cost. There are also opportunities to grow your career internationally, people have moved on to our offices in Dubai, Brisbane, across the USA and in 60 other countries globally from our Manchester office.
