As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and proactive Consultant (180) to join our Drilling team based in Aberdeen. This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you’ll play a key part in sourcing, attracting and engaging top talent while supporting the successful delivery of client vacancies. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and managers, building strong candidate pipelines and helping deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. What you’ll be doing Recruitment Delivery Source, attract and engage candidates through LinkedIn, headhunting, advertising and proactive search methodsScreen and qualify candidates for live vacanciesPrepare candidate profiles and support submission and placement processesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to current and future hiring demandEnsure recruitment activity complies with legal and internal compliance standardsCandidate & Contractor Management Build strong relationships with candidates and contractorsProvide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the processMaintain regular communication with active talent pools and networksClient & Team Support Support delivery across client vacancies by identifying suitable candidates and sharing market insightsParticipate in recruitment meetings and delivery reviewsWork collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to meet hiring targets and KPIsSystems & Administration Maintain accurate records within Bullhorn for Salesforce (BH4SF)Ensure candidate data, CVs and recruitment activity are fully up to date and compliant What we’re looking for Experience within recruitment, sales, resourcing or a fast-paced customer-facing environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProactive and organised approach to workConfidence sourcing and engaging candidatesHigh levels of professionalism, accountability and emotional intelligenceFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong IT and systems skills What type of person succeeds in this role?
