Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Assist with personal care, washing, dressing, and mobility.
Support patients with eating, drinking, and daily living activities.
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
Maintain accurate care records.
Work closely with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
Promote dignity, independence, and safeguarding at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months' UK healthcare or care home experience (preferred).
Right to work in the UK.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete).
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable but not essential.
