We have an exciting opportunity for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Night Healthcare Assistant (HCA). In this vital role, you’ll help ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care, comfort, and support throughout the night.
Responsibilities
Provide Quality Care – Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, mealtimes, and emotional reassurance to ensure their comfort and well-being during night hours.Monitor and Report – Carry out regular checks, record residents’ health and behaviour, and promptly share any concerns with the nursing team.Support and Safety – Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe environment and respond quickly to call bells or emergencies.What We’re Looking For
