Deputy Ward Manager - Southbourne Ward An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Deputy Ward Manager, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care within a dynamic ward environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Ward Manager to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the ward. You will play a key leadership role in supporting and supervising staff, maintaining high standards of care, and promoting a positive and safe environment for both patients and colleagues. In the absence of the Ward Manager, you will take responsibility for the operational management of the ward, acting as a point of contact for staff and ensuring the service continues to run smoothly and safely.
