Regional Manager - Care Homes Older People Residential and Nursing - North East Salary £70,000 plus car allowance (£600pcm) Working as a Regional Manager within care homes both nursing and residential for older people you will have line management of approx.. 6 care homes and home managers within the North East region. This position requires someone already working at this level who can hit the ground running. Ideal locations would be North East, Durham, Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, Stockton-on-Tees and surrounding areas. You will be an integral part of the team working in partnership with your line manager supporting care home managers to deliver an excellent service within the nursing and residential homes. You will support, mentor and induct home managers within the region. Conducting audits and supporting home managers with all aspects of service within the homes.
