1st Line Support Analyst – Warrington

We are looking for a 1st line technnical support analyst to join a leading technology business based near Warrington. As a key member of a busy service desk team you will be responsible for providing front line support to the companies user base across a wide range of technologies including: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, Microsoft Office Suite and multi vendor hardware. The ideal candidate will have some commercial experience in a IT helpdesk or IT service desk environment, together with a flair for problem solving, a commitment to excellent customer service and a passion for technology. You will join and employer that is a certified investor in people, as such they will support your progression through the company, provide training and where appropriate support industry certifications such as MCIPT. Given the nature of the customer base the role does involve a rotating shift pattern including some 6am starts whilst other shifts finish upto 10pm, there is also weekend working involved. You must be able to travel to the office using your own means of transport as public transport is not available for some of the shifts.
