HR Manager / People & Culture Manager Location: Milton Keynes & Northampton Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and commercially minded HR / People & Culture Manager to join a growing, purpose-driven organisation during an exciting period of transformational change. Who are we? Our client is a well-established charity with sites in Milton Keynes and Northampton. This is a hands-on HR role where you’ll be a trusted partner to managers, helping shape culture, support employees and drive positive change.
