About The Role
As a HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic, fast-paced business across multiple markets, including the United Kingdom, and Nordics. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will proactively build strong relationships with business leaders, helping to shape and implement HR initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with solid HR generalist experience in a multinational environment, who has successfully managed HR projects and supported multiple markets. You will take the lead on key HR initiatives, working hands-on in areas such as employee relations, change management, and talent development—going beyond administrative tasks to actively contribute to business success.
We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused professional who thrives in an international setting, thinks outside the box, and is confident in navigating complex HR challenges while ensuring compliance with local legislation, policies, and procedures.
How Would You Contribute
Partner with managers, providing HR guidance on talent management, employee development, and performance managementLead and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, collaborating with legal as neededSupport the implementation of HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with business needsAdvise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuringIdentify training needs and supports leadership development initiativesAnalyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions that drive engagement and efficiencyDrive HR initiatives to improve employee experience, retention, and overall workplace cultureAct as a key liaison with local and international labor authorities as requiredManage HR-related cost efficiency initiatives and budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams at local and regional levels to support business objectivesWhat You’ll Bring To The Team
Experience & Background: 7+ years of HR experience in an international, fast-paced environment, preferably in a senior generalist or HR Manager roleHR Expertise: Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, talent management, and change managementBusiness Acumen: Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive HR initiatives aligned with business needsProject Leadership: Experience leading HR projects and initiatives, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetCommunication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to engage at all levelsAnalytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and develop actionable insightsAdaptability & Problem-Solving: Thrives in a dynamic environment, able to manage multiple markets and competing prioritiesLanguage: Full fluency in EnglishWhat We Offer
