Area Manager
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Hybrid
Hours: 37,5 per week
Salary: £42,000 per year + £3,000 annual car allowance

As a CQC- Registered Area Manager, youll provide strong leadership across five locations, ensuring individuals receive person-centered support within safe, nurturing environments.
About the Role
As an Area Manager youll be responsible for the overall operational management of multiple supported living services leading your teams, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, youll ensure smooth service delivery, financial efficiency, and exceptional outcomes for the people we support.

Lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver person-centered careOversee daily operations and staffing across all supported living locationsManage budgets and ensure effective use of resourcesMaintain full compliance with CQC and company standardsDrive service improvement and positive outcomes for individualsBuild strong partnerships with families, professionals, and local authoritiesModel best practice and promote a culture of transparency and engagement
About You
CQC-Registered Area Manager with proven leadership experience in social careExcellent knowledge of the CQC Framework and relevant legislationStrong organizational, administrative, and financial management skillsDemonstrated success in improving and developing care servicesPassionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live independentlyFull UK drivers license and access to your own vehicle
