We have grown to serve twenty-four academies across three local authorities of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, and North-East Lincolnshire. \n \n Headteacher - The Role: \n \n As Headteacher, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Tattershall Holy Trinity, a small, welcoming primary school serving a significant RAF community. You will work in partnership with staff, families, governors, and the Trust to ensure the highest standards of education and care. You will champion an inclusive culture inspired by the vision \"All shall be well because we are knit together and rooted in hope\", lead excellent teaching and learning, and ensure every child achieves their full potential.
