About the Role As a SEND Teacher at Southfield, you will: Deliver creative, engaging and personalised learning for pupils with complex needsCreate a nurturing classroom environment where every child can succeedWork closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families and external professionalsTrack, assess and celebrate pupil progress and developmentContribute to the wider life, vision and continuous improvement of the schoolYou will play a key role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, communication skills and a love of learning.
