Deliver accurate accounts and payroll administration support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Process invoices efficiently and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and maintain payroll information, stock reports, and management documentation. Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy. Support managers with audits, compliance requirements, and operational reporting. Maintain health and safety, food safety, and maintenance records in line with company standards. Produce professional correspondence and administrative documentation within agreed deadlines. Maintain employee records, training records, and uniform allocation information. Act as a reliable point of contact for colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Support operational teams with administrative tasks and provide flexible assistance when required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and payroll administration. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with online systems and maintaining confidential records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach. The ability to work independently while building positive relationships across teams. A flexible and adaptable mindset with a positive, can-do attitude. A commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and delivering high standards of service.
