Data Entry and Call Centre Operatives

Salary: £26,000 per year Staffline are currently recruiting for Outbound Call Centre Operatives and Data Entry Administrators to work at our client's office based in West Bromwich. The main duties of the Call Centre role will include calling potential customers to recruit them into taking part in surveys for market research purposes. Data Entry position requires good Excell skills and experience. Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and good numeracy, literacy and overall PC skills (Microsoft Office). The hours of work available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £26,000per year, increasing to £7.00, £7.50 or £26,000 per year (depending on performance) after passing a 12 week probationary period. Applicants will be fully trained in the company processes and procedures, also, following a probationary period applicants will have the prospect of being offered a permanent role.
