Job description

Equans is seeking a HR Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working with travel to sites across the UK and supports a national multisite contract of around 1,600 colleagues. You will work with HRBP to deliver culture change, compliance and cost control, advising line managers on policies and procedures.
