I'm working with a growing international search business looking for ambitious recruiters who want to specialise, develop commercially and significantly increase their earning potential. You'll recruit across high-growth international markets including Automation, Robotics, Industrial Technology, Data Centres and Life Sciences working across North America and Europe. Why consider it? £28,000 to £35,000 basic DOE. Average placement fees around £20,000 to £25,000. Commission up to 50%. Live assignments from day one. Hybrid working, three days Leeds, two home. International markets across North America and Europe. Structured coaching in BD and building a specialist market. Clear progression through Consultant, Senior, Principal and leadership. Three consultants billed £100,000+ last quarter. You don't need experience in these sectors. They're looking for recruiters with roughly 6 months to 3 years' experience who are ambitious, curious, coachable and want to become genuine specialists. Your background could be Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Professional Services or something completely different.
