The Opportunity You'll be responsible for developing and growing your own contract desk, working with IT contractors and clients across Ireland. From winning new business to managing contractor relationships, you'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the full 360 contract recruitment process from business development through to placementSourcing, qualifying and placing IT contractorsNegotiating contract rates and managing offer processesManaging contractor onboarding, extensions, renewals and offboardingBuilding lasting relationships with both contractors and hiring managers What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with proven experience in contract recruitment. Ideally this will be within the IT market, but we're open to recruiters from other specialist contract sectors who understand the pace and mechanics of contract recruitment.
