Join our dedicated NIGHT SHIFT PICK team and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked and packed accurately and delivered on time. What we’re looking for New to warehousing? No problem. Skills can be taught. Bring your positive attitude and we'll support you every step of the way. You must be 18 or over. You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport. For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructionsYou will work 4 nights in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends Nights Pick shift times are – 18:35 to 04:35 As a Night Pick Operative, you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for delivery by accurately picking products and ensuring they are ready for dispatch. This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Work to productivity and accuracy targets. Use warehouse equipment safely following training. Complete basic equipment checks. Follow health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organised work area.We host Pick Interviews on Mondays. Tuesdays, & Thursdays giving you the opportunity to experience the role and meet the team. Successful candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safe working practices may be offered the opportunity to join our team.
