Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless coordination between warehousing, transportation, and order fulfilment. Duties Manage and coordinate transportation schedules using advanced Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to ensure timely delivery of goods.Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and materials handling to maximize efficiency and accuracy.Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 to track inventory levels, process orders, and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline supply chain activities and resolve any logistical issues promptly.Conduct category management analysis to optimize product placement, stock levels, and supplier relationships for improved supply chain performance.Implement process improvement initiatives focused on reducing lead times, minimizing errors, and enhancing overall workflow.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols during materials handling activities.Analyze data related to shipping & receiving metrics to identify trends and opportunities for operational enhancements.Skills Strong knowledge of category management principles within logistics operations.Proven experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP platforms such as AS400.Familiarity with 3PL partnerships, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques.Ability to perform data analysis skills for reporting, forecasting, and process optimization purposes.Hands-on warehouse experience including picking & packing processes and forklift operation certification preferred.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams, vendors, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.Join us as a Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator where your expertise will drive operational excellence!
