MONCLER is currently looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join our team at Bicester Village Outlet.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Stock Controller with excellent organisational skills, to be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house operations.
The Stock Controller, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets.
ResponsibilitiesTo deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for ClientsOrganize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to ClientsTo deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenanceTo ensure counts are regularly conducted and any discrepancies are reported to your line managerTo participate in all necessary operative activities to ensure store efficiencyTo ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all timesTo actively cooperate during preparation and execution of inventoriesTo support all colleagues in charge of administrative activitiesTeam working activitiesTo collaborate with the store team and to be engaged in Moncler’s vision and mission in order to strengthen Company’s Community and to work in a full integrated manner on a global scale, improving organisation and driving innovation as a team.RequirementsPrevious experience in warehouse management systems; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plusStrong planning, organisational and time management skillsMust demonstrate a methodical approach with a good attention to detailMust hold a current UK driving licenseWillingness to evolve in the organization, flexible to best practices for the businessFluency & sophistication in English, additional language is a plusDigitally aware and open to new ways of working“Moncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, skin colour, religion, civil status, age, nationality, ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation.
