Labourer – Reading Location: Reading, Berkshire Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on projects across Reading and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe working environment, and wants to be part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day site activities. Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials. Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Operating basic hand and power tools (where appropriate and trained). Assisting with site setup and general maintenance duties. Carrying out other general labouring tasks as directed by the site supervisor. Requirements Previous labouring or construction experience is preferred but not essential. Must have a valid CSCS Card Good physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual work. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to work well as part of a team.
