We're looking for a proactive and hardworking Labourer to join our high-performing Plant & Tool Division. As a Labourer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly and safely. You'll maintain a clean and hazard-free workshop and yard, prepare plant equipment for hire, and support the wider team to deliver exceptional service to our customers across construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. This is a hands-on role offering real career progression in a company that invests in its people. What You'll Be Doing Keeping the workshop and yard clean, tidy, and hazard-free Cleaning plant equipment and store it in an orderly fashion Refuelling plant and machinery, accurately updating fuel logs Quality-checking equipment before it leaves the depot to ensure it's hire-ready Assisting with general workshop duties as required Carrying out driving duties (subject to licence) and assisting Drivers and customers with loading and unloading vehicles Operating forklift when necessary About You What You'll Bring Previous experience in a labourer role, ideally within a hire depot or yard environment Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues Ability to work independently and use initiative in a busy environment High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards CSCS card, forklift licence, and driving licence are advantageous About Us About GAP and What We Offer You'll be joining an industry leader that's growing and genuinely committed to your success.
