Project Quantity Surveyor - Hemel Hempstead A specialist construction consultancy based in Hemel Hempstead is looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. With a strong focus on the healthcare sector, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on technically demanding projects where careful cost control, planning and commercial management are essential. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for projects from early-stage feasibility and cost planning through procurement, construction and final account. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, the Project Quantity Surveyor will provide clear commercial advice while helping to ensure healthcare schemes are delivered efficiently and within budget. This role would suit a confident Project Quantity Surveyor with UK consultancy experience who is comfortable managing their own workload and taking ownership of commissions. The position offers the chance to build specialist healthcare sector knowledge while continuing to develop broader technical, contractual and client-facing skills. The Project Quantity Surveyor will also benefit from working within a professional team where quality of service and long-term client relationships are highly valued.
