The Role: We are seeking a reliable and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire our small kitchen brigade. Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation. Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships. Drive efficiency while upholding the highest culinary standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality establishment. A strong leader with excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong financial acumen and experience with kitchen budgeting. A positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
