Open from breakfast through to dinner, the restaurant will celebrate the very best of British produce, from exceptional seafood and shellfish to Gordon Ramsay classics, alongside an expansive outdoor riverside terrace. This is a unique opportunity to join the team at an exciting moment and play a key role in bringing this new restaurant to life from the very beginning. The Role As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your section during service, maintaining excellent food standards, and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes and guest experiences.
