Location: All Saints Hotel, Bury St Edmunds Contract: Casual, temporary 3-month contract Hours: Casual hours, as required Shift: vary Days: Flexible rota, including weekends Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour The Role We are looking for reliable and hardworking Casual Temporary Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team at All Saints Hotel for an initial 3-month period. This is a casual contract, offering flexibility with shifts based on the needs of the business. There are no guaranteed hours, and shifts will be offered as required. As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and servicing hotel bedrooms to a high standard. Cleaning and maintaining public areas. Ensuring guest rooms and facilities are presented to the required standards. Restocking housekeeping supplies and preparing the department for the following day. Responding to the needs of the housekeeping department as required. Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail. Helping to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and exceed guest expectations. About You We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Flexible and available to work shifts when required. Friendly and approachable. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, ideally within a hotel environment, but is not essential. Able to work flexibly, including weekends. Has a good understanding of English.
