About you Experience managing a store in a fast paced food retail environment is essential for this role Strong leadership skills with the capacity to listen and respond. You should be great at coaching, able to give feedback to ensure common ways of working. A passion for spotting and driving talent and creating a successful team culture. The ability to resolve challenges and build trust between the store team.
