Job Description This role will sit within a highly regarded Financial Services and Products team, supporting partners and fee earners on a broad range of regulatory and funds matters. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with FCA regulatory applications, including authorisations and change in controlSupporting with FCA notifications and ongoing compliance requirementsAssisting with regulatory due diligence on corporate and banking transactionsReviewing and updating key fund documentationCoordinating advice from overseas counsel on cross-border mattersLiaising with clients and maintaining strong working relationshipsProviding general support to fee earners on day-to-day mattersAssisting with ad hoc administrative and project-based tasks This role offers broad exposure to high-quality, complex work in a dynamic and fast-paced team. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be academically strong, with a minimum 2:1 degree and solid foundational experience within financial services or a commercial law firm.
