Cleaner (Litter Picker) Location – Burton-On-Trent, DE14 2BG Hours – Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 12noon £12.71 per hour Overtime Rates Employee discounts via Reward Gateway Cycle to work scheme Access to a virtual GP and health & wellbeing app We’re currently looking to recruit a hardworking and reliable Litter Picker who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our client’s premises to the highest levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and presentable outdoor areas by collecting litter and waste across the site. As an Apleona Litter Picker, we’re looking for: Collect and remove litter from outdoor areas, pathways, car parks, and green spaces. Empty litter bins and replace bin liners as required. Report any vandalism, fly-tipping, hazards, or maintenance issues. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures. Use litter-picking equipment and PPE correctly. Support general grounds maintenance activities when required. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site. Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc Ability to work alone when required Maths and English skills, speaking English to a good standard In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team.
