that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Spa Receptionist
Team Leader, you’re not just overseeing the spa reception operation – you’re
leading your team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels
welcomed, cared for, and receives a truly memorable spa experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
* Lead guest welcome and assistance: Greet and welcome all guests entering the
spa/salon, oversee check-in and registration procedures, and ensure a warm
and personalized arrival experience.
* Oversee guest scheduling: Manage phone and email inquiries, reservations,
appointments, and guest requests, ensuring accurate information is
communicated to the appropriate team members and appointments run smoothly.
* Supervise administrative operations: Oversee daily administrative tasks,
including data entry, filing, correspondence, records, and other operational
requirements, while supporting the Spa Manager and ensuring the reception
area operates efficiently.
* Lead and support the reception team: Guide, coach, and support Spa
Receptionists to maintain high standards of guest service, grooming,
communication, and operational procedures.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
* High School Diploma or University Degree in Hospitality Management, Business
Administration, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in a spa, wellness, hotel, or luxury hospitality
environment, with previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
* Relevant spa or hospitality certification is an advantage.
* Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
