The Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) within Kroll provides clients with expert
advice across a range of property asset classes throughout the UAE. We support a
variety of client interests, from financing, secured lending, purchase price
allocation (merger & acquisition support), to financial reporting, due diligence
and property restructuring.
Currently an opportunity exists to join our market leading property
restructuring and valuation advisory team, providing advice to lenders,
stakeholders and property companies in respect of performing and non-performing
real estate across the UAE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build new business
* Prepare and issue valuation advice across both commercial and residential
property, principally for secured lending, in line with RICS Red Book
requirements.
* Undertake a peer review of reports prepared by surveyors prior to issue to
the client.
* Manage and take an active role in training junior surveyors in the
preparation of valuation and property advice.
* Assist the Managing Directors in growing the valuation team, leading,
fostering and cultivating new client relationships.
* Managing a team of surveyors in relation to instruction timelines and
ensuring deadlines.
* To the extent required, assist in the delivery of LPA receivership and
restructuring cases, blending valuation, asset management and transaction
management skillsets.
* Undertake advisory assignments with a focus on Options Analysis and value
recovery particularly in relation to workout and insolvency scenarios.
* Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the
business.
REQUIREMENTS:
* MRICS Qualified and an RICS Registered Valuer.
* post qualification valuation experience.
* Business development track record
* Demonstrable experience in nurturing and growing client relationships.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills (report writing and
proofreading capabilities essential).
* Track record of delivering providing expert knowledge of real estate
generally, including valuation principles.
* Diligent, conscientious and highly motivated with the ability to work to a
demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment.
* Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales and organizational
skills.
* Excellent research abilities.
* Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering
priorities.
* Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrable experience with managing of day to day aspects of client
relationships and projects.
* Valid driver’s license.
