Specialist - Brand & Social Media Marketing

What you’ll do?   * Collaborate with Marketing Manager to lead and shape all marketing campaigns across the business portfolio with a focus on brand marketing and organic social media. * Develop and implement marketing campaigns to integrate all marketing channels ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and KPI's. * Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (events, PR, OOH, digital, social, print and web) to ensure consistency and maximum impact. * Track, measure and analyse campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives. * Drive the alignment of brand messaging and tone across all platforms, ensuring cohesion across the portfolio. * - Manager website and email communication strategies focusing on both acquisition and retention. * Oversee see social media for 15 channels across the property portfolio (AGP, AGC, Flayva, Glitch Tej - including Tiktok, Facebook and Instagram) - ensuring high quality, engaging content. * Coordinate and execute off line marketing efforts, including PR, OOH, DOOH, brochures and other collateral. * Organize and manage the execution of internal and external events, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with marketing goals. * Manage third party agencies and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.   Who you are?   * Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related qualification * 4+ years’ experience in a B2C marketing department   Who are we?
