We are looking for an HR Associate to support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR administration, with a strong focus on maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities.
This is a support-level position working under the guidance of the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, discreet, and confident in communicating with employees and managers. You should be proactive, comfortable working with HR systems, and able to ensure that tasks and records are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and personnel files.
Update employee information, employment status, attendance, leave, and other HR records.
Prepare HR letters, forms, checklists, and other employee-related documentation.
Organise and maintain confidential HR files, ensuring documents are complete and easy to retrieve.
Monitor required employee documents and follow up on missing or expiring information.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Support the onboarding process by collecting documents and preparing new-joiner files.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure company assets, equipment, and system access are prepared for new employees.
Assist with orientation arrangements and onboarding documentation.
Support offboarding by preparing the necessary documents, updating records, and coordinating the return of company assets.
Ensure onboarding and offboarding checklists are completed accurately and on time.
Collaboration & Communication
Respond professionally to routine HR-related questions from employees.
Communicate clearly and confidently with employees, managers, and other departments.
Coordinate with relevant teams regarding employee documentation, company assets, attendance, and HR requirements.
Support the HR Manager with internal communications and policy updates.
Follow up proactively to ensure assigned HR tasks are completed within the required timelines.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
Ensure HR records are accurate, properly filed, and ready for review or audit.
Assist with employee trackers, basic HR reports, and monthly data updates.
Follow internal HR procedures and UAE employment requirements under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Provide accurate attendance, leave, and employee information when required for payroll preparation.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar support role.
UAE HR experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence when communicating with employees and managers.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with HR systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range : 3,000 - 3,500 AED per month (based on experience and qualifications)
