Graduate Trainee - Investor Relations Analyst (UAEN role only)

This programme welcomes graduates from diverse academic backgrounds who are eager to learn, innovate, and make an impact.   Under this programme, we are looking to hire a Graduate Trainee to join our Investor Relations Team   Key Accountabilities:   Investor Relations Deliverables: * Support in drafting, updating, and maintaining investor-facing materials including earnings call scripts, investor presentations, fact sheets, and press releases. * Coordinate data collection, analysis, and preparation of investor briefings, Q&A documents, and management packs ahead of quarterly earnings, investor calls, and meetings. * Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Annual Report and other statutory or market disclosures. * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to digitalization of IR workflows, including automation of data collection, report generation, and dashboarding.   Financial and Market Analysis: * Maintain and update financial models used for valuation, benchmarking, and performance tracking. * Compile and monitor analyst consensus estimate and models, highlighting variances and market expectations. * Conduct detailed peer comparison and industry benchmarking to assess du’s relative performance. * Monitor analyst research coverage, market trends, and investor feedback to identify opportunities and risks. * Monitor du stock liquidity metrics and build relevant reports. * Utilize digital tools and AI-driven analytics to extract insights from market data, investor sentiment, and peer performance, supporting data-driven decision-making within the IR function. Investor Engagement Support: * Maintain and update investor relations CRM/database, tracking investor interactions and engagement metrics. * Analyse the shareholder register to understand the evolution of the shareholder base * Support the organization of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including logistics, scheduling, and post-meeting follow-up. * Ensure accuracy and timely updates of the IR website and all public-facing materials.   Cross-functional Collaboration: * Work closely with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all investor communications. * Support internal reporting requirements, including preparation of summaries and dashboards for senior management and the Board. * Ensure automation and digitalization of the tasks to maximize efficiency.     Qualifications, Experience and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics. * Strong numerical reasoning skills. * Strong verbal reasoning and communication abilities. * Outgoing and confident personality. * Naturally curious and eager to learn. * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.     Why Join FutureX? * Accelerated career development * Exposure to senior leaders and industry experts * Professional certifications and learning opportunities * Meaningful project experience * Opportunity to build future-ready skills * A pathway towards a rewarding long-term career
